We currently ship all orders within the United States using the following options:

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through USPS.com.

SHIPPING COVERAGE
We currently ship to all addresses within the 50 United States and Washington D.C. At this time, we do not ship to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc.) or international destinations.
Damages or Lost Packages

Enchanted Scents 302 is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and damaged items at enchantedscents22@gmail.com so we can assist with a replacement or claim.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once the reshipping fee is paid.
Local Pickup (Optional)
If available, local customers may choose free local pickup in Philadelphia, PA. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
