Candle Selection Policy

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, all guests within the same booking will create the same candle style selected at the time of booking.

If you would like to make a different candle style, please select that experience when booking. Different candle styles require different materials, equipment, and preparation and cannot be changed or upgraded during the event.

Private parties may request custom candle options in advance. Requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled experience and are subject to availability and additional fees.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Enchanted Scents 302, each Sip & Pour Experience is prepared specifically for our guests. Materials, fragrances, vessels, and seating are reserved in advance; therefore, all bookings are non-refundable.

Guests are encouraged to provide 72 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule. Requests received at least 48 hours before the scheduled experience are eligible for one complimentary reschedule, subject to availability.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled experience, no-shows, or failure to arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time will result in the forfeiture of the booking, and no refund, credit, or reschedule will be provided.

If Enchanted Scents 302 must cancel or reschedule an experience due to unforeseen circumstances, guests may choose either a full refund or a rescheduled experience at no additional charge.

By booking a Sip & Pour Experience, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
